Pamper Your Body…
In the daily chores of our lives, skin care gets neglected all the time. We seem to have time for everything, except us!! And, if we do manage to squeeze a 15 minutes out during the morning or just before going to bed, that time is devoted to our facial skin – we clean, tone, and moisturize it. But…what about the whole lot of skin on the rest part of our body??? It too needs care…but very few of us care about keeping our keeping the skin of our body hydrated and moisturized. The reason is simple – There is NO TIME for most of us…well, here a simple trick how you can squeeze in some time for your body care.
Get a bottle of essential oils - sandalwood oil, almond oil etc are all great for skin. Keep the oil in your bathroom. Everyday in the morning, after having your bath, add a few drops of oil in a mug of water and pour all over you. After that, pat yourself dry. This will hardly take 2 extra minutes after a bath but the results are fabulous. Regular use of the oil will not only make your body skin soft and supple, but also leave you with a lingering smell, which is a delight to the senses.
Care for your body, just like you care for your face - It just needs a little pampering and…You will soon become the owner of a beautiful bod that your friends will be envious of; and will make your partner fall helplessly in love with you all over again! ;)
