Soup made of these vegetable are also good for health. Besides improving the eyesight, these vegetable are known to add luster and health to your hairs. Some other food items which are good source of Vitamin A include sweet potatoes, apricots, turnips, yam, and spinach.
You can also include fruits in your diet to have healthy eyes. Some of the fruits that are rich in Vitamin C are guavas, gooseberries, oranges, lemons, limes, and papayas.
Last, but not the least…drink lots of water, it goes a long way in improving your eyesight and health.
