Connect With Nature

This is the age of hi-tech medical equipment, scientific miracles, and medical breakthroughs. However, it’s true that the easiest way you can adapt to stay healthy is to step out in the sun, and spend some time reconnecting with nature. Mother Nature has age-old solutions to all health related problems. Staying close to nature helps you in several ways. Here are some:
- Obesity in children can be reduced to a greater extent if children spend some time playing outside in the sun. A clean and green neighborhood means healthier children. Kids should be encouraged to spend more time staying close to nature rather playing indoors.
- People suffering from deficit hyperactivity disorder can benefit by connecting with nature. They are advised to go on nature walks.
- Nature also effects your wellbeing by keeping you stress-free. A research done at Cornell University proved that staying close to nature helps children cope up with depression, adversity and stress.
- Nature also helps in fighting away the winter blues. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends spending some time outside connecting with Nature everyday. Taking your family to a vacation is also a great way to reconnect with Nature and Greenery.
Keep healthy and stay beautiful!
