Stay Healthy and Beautiful During Pregnancy

There are some fortunate women who feel beautiful; during pregnancy, while the rest feel unattractive and awkward. Dealing with the changes in the body and mind can be difficult to handle. Here are some tip that will help you feel vibrant and beautiful:

During Pregnancy, your hair has the tendency to grow with incredible speed and will have a shine like it never before. It is important to take care of your hair. Do not dye your hair during this time for the health of your baby. It’s time to go natural.

Melasma, also known as the pregnancy mask is a common problem which causes dark circles around the eyes. Combat it by applying a home-made fruit face mask. You can use fruits like oranges, apples and strawberries.

If you find any pregnancy acne breakout in the skin then treat it with fresh lemon. You can also use a natural astringent to clear acne and blackheads. Stay away from chemicals.

For reducing the stretch marks, it is recommended that you start massaging the ‘stretch marks prone areas’ with a mixture of almond oil and vitamin E oil. This must be started early in pregnancy.

You can prevent the varicose veins by keeping your feet lifted up while sleeping or when seated.

Consume more fresh fruits and vegetables. Also increase your intake of juices and water. Maintaining a healthy diet is most important for you and your baby.

Exercise daily. Gentle exercises like swimming, walking, yoga or Pilates. This will help in keeping your muscles toned, and your body flexible. This also helps in preventing excess baby weight.

keep healthy n stay beautiful! Smile
